Buddy Reading

One of the best way to practice reading is by reading aloud, so once a week we are going to do an activity called Buddy Reading. Students are paired up with a buddy and each week one buddy will get to choose a book and read it to their buddy. Both students may then take an AR (Accelerated Reading) quiz on the book. This is a great opportunity for the students to show off the reading skills they have been practicing during reading groups as well as read some of their favorite books to a friend!
